By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you ("you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy. 1. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services or place an order. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the explicit permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
- To create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information (including full name, email address, delivery details, and contact number). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and any activities conducted under your account. Immediately notify us at nfhlsz@outlook.com if you suspect unauthorized access, misuse, or a breach of your account security.
- We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time (with or without notice) if: (i) you provide false or misleading information; (ii) you violate these Terms or any applicable laws; (iii) you engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (iv) your account is inactive for 18 consecutive months. You may close your account by submitting a written request to our customer service team.
2. Order Placement & Contract Formation
- When you submit an order through our website, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected 女装 products (including dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear, and accessories) in accordance with these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer (in whole or in part) for any reasonable reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, stock discrepancies, fraudulent activity, or non-compliance with these Terms.
- A legally binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a formal order confirmation email (to the email address provided at checkout) confirming acceptance of your order. This confirmation will include your unique order number, product details (style, size, color), delivery information, and total amount paid. Orders are not binding until this confirmation is issued.
- We may cancel your order before dispatch if: (i) the product is discontinued or out of stock after order placement; (ii) there is a material error in product pricing, description, or imagery; (iii) we identify suspicious or fraudulent payment activity; (iv) you fail to provide necessary information (e.g., accurate delivery details) within a reasonable timeframe. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund within 3 working days, with no deductions or fees.
- You may cancel a standard order before dispatch by contacting our customer service team at nfhlsz@outlook.com with your order number and cancellation request. Pre-order and custom-made items are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in our Pre-Order Policy and Return Policy, respectively.
3. Product Information & Pricing
- We strive to provide accurate and detailed product information (including descriptions, sizes, colors, fabric compositions, and care instructions) on our website. However, we do not warrant that product details are entirely error-free: minor discrepancies may occur, such as color variations due to screen display settings or slight differences in fabric texture (common with natural materials like cotton or linen). If you receive a product that differs materially from its description (e.g., incorrect size, wrong style), you may return it under our Return Policy for a full refund or exchange.
- All product prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT (20%) for UK mainland orders, unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but we will charge the price displayed at the time you place your order (provided the product is available and there is no pricing error). Shipping costs are additional and calculated at checkout, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time, even after an order has been submitted. If we identify a pricing error that would result in you paying less than the correct price, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order (with a full refund if payment has been made). If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours, we will cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. Payment Terms & Obligations
- Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement, unless you are using an eligible installment plan (as outlined in our Payment Policy). We accept the following secure payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (interest-free installments, subject to eligibility checks).
- All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store full credit or debit card details on our servers—your payment information is encrypted and protected to industry-leading standards.
- We reserve the right to decline or suspend payment processing if: (i) the payment method is invalid, expired, or declined by your bank; (ii) we suspect fraudulent activity (e.g., mismatched billing and delivery addresses, multiple failed payment attempts); (iii) you have outstanding payments from previous orders. If payment is declined, we will notify you via email, and you may update your payment details within 48 hours to avoid order cancellation.
5. Delivery & Risk Transfer
- Delivery terms (including timelines, options, costs, and coverage) are governed by our Shipping Policy. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, but we do not guarantee specific delivery dates—delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier disruptions, customs delays, UK bank holidays, or high-demand periods like Black Friday).
- Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout (or when you collect the products for Click & Collect orders). Title to the products remains with us until full payment (including shipping costs) is received and confirmed.
- If you fail to accept delivery (e.g., repeated missed deliveries, incorrect address), the products may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and we may deduct these from your refund if you choose to cancel the order after delivery attempts have been made.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Our Return Policy governs all returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations (including your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, such as the 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales).
