nfhlsz Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

nfhlsz accepts the following secure payment methods for online and in-store purchases:
  • Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Debit cards bearing the Visa or Mastercard logo
  • PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (online only)
  • Klarna and Afterpay (interest-free installment options, subject to eligibility checks)
All payments must be made in GBP (Great British Pounds) as the default currency. We do not accept cash payments for online orders, personal checks, money orders, or bank transfers unless specifically arranged with our customer service team.

2. Payment Security

We prioritize the security of your payment information. All online transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, ensuring that your credit card details, personal data, and payment credentials are protected from unauthorized access. nfhlsz does not store your full credit card information on our servers; all payment data is processed through trusted third-party payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) that comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) requirements.
For in-store payments, we use secure card terminals that meet the latest EMV (Europay, Mastercard, Visa) standards to prevent fraud. We reserve the right to verify payments with the card issuer or payment provider to ensure transaction validity.

3. Payment Processing

  • Online orders: Payment is processed immediately upon checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once payment is successfully authorized. If payment is declined, please check your card details (expiry date, CVV, billing address) or contact your bank for further assistance. We will not fulfill orders until full payment is received and confirmed.
  • In-store orders: Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept contactless payments up to the UK’s current contactless limit, as well as chip-and-PIN transactions.
  • Pre-orders: A 50% deposit is required to secure pre-order items. The remaining balance must be paid before the item is shipped. If the balance is not paid within 14 days of the item becoming available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the deposit (minus a 10% administration fee).

4. Refunds and Returns

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that:
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Installment payments (Klarna/Afterpay) will be canceled, and any amounts already paid will be refunded to your account. You must contact the installment provider directly if you have any questions about the refund process for their services.
  • If a refund is issued to a card that has expired or been canceled, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, and you will need to contact your bank to retrieve the payment.

5. Billing Information

You must provide accurate and up-to-date billing information at the time of purchase. This includes your full name, billing address, and card details. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the billing information provided is incorrect or cannot be verified. 6. Additional Terms

  • nfhlsz reserves the right to adjust prices at any time, but the price charged will be the one displayed at the time of your order (subject to currency fluctuations for international payments).
  • We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider, including foreign transaction fees for international customers.
