Remote regions require an extra 1–3 working days, with no hidden surcharges—extended timelines are clearly displayed at checkout.

All packages use recyclable cardboard boxes to minimize environmental impact.

  • Express Delivery (UK Mainland): £6.99. Available for orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT (Mon–Thu), with delivery within 1–2 working days. Friday orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT are delivered on Monday. Powered by DPD Tracked, you’ll receive SMS/email alerts with a 2-hour delivery window and the option to redirect to a safe place, neighbor, or local depot.
  • Next-Day Delivery (UK Mainland): £10.99. For orders placed before 3:00 PM GMT (Mon–Thu), delivered the next working day. Friday orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT are delivered on Monday. Partnered with DHL Express, this service includes a 1-hour delivery window notification and mandatory in-person signature—ideal for last-minute outfit needs.
  • Click & Collect (UK-Wide): £2.49 (free for orders over £45). We’ve partnered with 2,800+ InPost Lockers and Post Office branches across the UK. Orders are ready for collection within 2–3 working days, and you’ll receive an email/SMS with a unique access code (for lockers) or collection reference (for Post Offices). Most collection points are open 24/7 (lockers) or extended hours (Post Offices) for convenience.

3. Pre-Order & Special Item Shipping

Our logistics adapt to the unique needs of pre-orders and specialty pieces:
  • Pre-Orders: Items marked "pre-order" ship within the stated timeframe (typically 3–5 weeks from order placement). We’ll send a confirmation email with the expected dispatch date, and a reminder 72 hours before shipping. If a pre-order is delayed by more than 10 days, you’ll receive a 20% discount code for your next purchase as a thank you for your patience.
  • Delicate & High-Value : Garments made from delicate fabrics (silk, lace, chiffon) or valued over £180 are shipped via Express Delivery as standard (at no extra cost) to minimize transit time and reduce damage risk. These orders include enhanced tracking, signature confirmation, and extra padding in packaging.
  • Bulk Orders (4+ Items): For orders with 4 or more pieces, we may split shipment into 2–3 packages to ensure each item retains its shape and is properly protected. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and all deliveries will arrive within the same 1–2 working day window—no extra charges apply.
  • Bridal & Formal Wear: Wedding guest dresses, bridesmaid outfits, and formal gowns are shipped via Next-Day Delivery (free for orders over £300) with signature confirmation. We include a complimentary garment steamer sachet to remove any transit creases, and offer a 48-hour priority support line for urgent bridal queries.

4. Tracking & Delivery Notifications

  • For Click & Collect: A confirmation email/SMS includes the collection point address, opening hours, and access/ reference number. You’ll need to present photo ID matching the order name to collect your package (for Post Office collections) or use the unique code (for InPost Lockers).
  • For pre-orders: We send a "dispatch imminent" email 48 hours before shipping, so you can prepare for delivery.

5. International Shipping Details

6. Delivery Exceptions & Support

We resolve issues promptly to uphold our service standards:
  • Delayed Deliveries: If your UK order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 72 hours of the expected delivery date. We’ll initiate a trace with the courier and offer a free upgrade to Express Delivery on your next order if the delay is due to our logistics. For international delays, we provide regular updates until delivery.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: For UK orders, we’ll replace or refund your item within 2 working days of confirming loss or damage—no need to return damaged goods (we may request photos for verification). International orders are covered by courier insurance, with refunds processed within 4 working days.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with re-delivery options (reschedule online or collect from a depot). UK orders can be redirected up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery via the courier’s portal. For Click & Collect, packages are held for 14 days (InPost Lockers) or 7 days (Post Offices)—we’ll notify you if your package is about to expire.
